NCP joins Paul D. Miller—aka DJ Spooky—for the final tour date of his Peace Symphony, a work that weaves together a sound and video portrait of one of the most powerful moments of the 20th Century, using interviews he conducted with eight survivors (Hibakusha) of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Miller combines their tales with historical footage, music, and the DJ app he invented. Also on the program is DJ Spooky's Arctic Rhythms, performed with the Georgia Tech School of Music String Trio.
